How does this work?
It is very simple. We come to your yard on a predetermined day, pick up all the dog poop and take it away.
What if I am not home?
That’s not a problem. Most of our customers are at work. That’s why they hire us. We are licensed and bonded.
But, my dog is home.
That’s fine too. We are dog friendly and they usually enjoy having something interesting happen during the day anyway.
Do we have to meet first?
It’s a good idea to meet your dog with you home the first time. We can also answer specific questions you may have. Also the first visit may have a higher charge depending on the amount of waste build up.
How do you clean cat boxes?
The trick is to rotate more then one box. You leave the dirty one out on the service day and we pick it up. The next service day we return it clean and sanitized and pick up the “new” dirty one. We can also work things out for rabbit hutches or other unusual situations.
Do you clean kennels?
Yes. We spray down and disinfect kennel runs with high quality cleaners made just for the task.
What if I go on vacation with my dog?
Your service can be put on hold with a simple phone call.
Can I just use you once, or on occasion?
Sure. We can do single or short term visits. Many people like to use us while they are on vacation to help out the friend or neighbor watching the dog.
Do I get to pick the service day?
Sure thing. We offer service seven days a week between 8am and 4pm. We recommend the day before lawn service if you have it. The gardeners appreciate it.
Umm.. I was just wondering.. what do you do with the doo?
Don’t be embarrassed, everyone asks that one. We bag it up tight and put it in your trash. We use heavy duty bags so they won't rip or spill before trash collection. We can also haul it away under certain circumstances.
Do I have to sign a contract?
You don’t sign a thing. You are not locked into any long-term agreements.
How am I billed?
We bill monthly for the upcoming month. We bill you through the mail and you can pay with a check or a credit card.
Is it more for a large yard?
Not usually. Some times difficult terrain can cost more. We will work all that out on our first meeting. No surprises.
What if my gate is locked?
No problem. The easiest way is to use a combo lock and tell us the combo. But we can also keep a key, or even loan you a lock to use on your service day.
My vet wants a sample for my dogs check up.
We will collect one and leave it bagged up, or if your vet is close, we can deliver.
How do you clean your tools?
We disinfect our tools and our shoes with veterinary grade disinfectants. The health of your pet is our top priority.
What happens if you don’t come?
We can usually make it even in bad weather. If we miss a day we will make it up right away or credit you account. We Do Doo Doo was founded on the principal of customer service. Satisfying you is our goal. If you are not happy we will do our very best to make things right.

Removing pet waste is a necessary task for those who choose to share their lives with companion animals.
